I own a domain with another registrar, will the site work if I purchase hosting here?

Information regarding the compatibility of domains and hosting purchased from two different web providers.

The domain registrar has no relevance, the domain can be pointed to any server or hosting. Correlating the hosting with the domain is done by setting the NSs (Nameservers) provided by Hostico on the domain, at the time of purchase of the package. This operation is allowed or should be allowed by all domain registrars.
